More than 40 visiting aircraft from vintage biplanes to high-performance jets will be showing off at the 15th annual Olympic Air Show. This family friendly event is hosted by the Olympic Flight Museum at the Olympia Regional Airport on August 10-11, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The museum anticipates more than 14,000 visitors plus eight unique guests, the Budweiser Clydesdales!
This warbird and aerobatic aircraft gathering features numerous static displays of vintage aircraft, and aerial demonstrations of an aerobatic glider, a P-51 Mustang American Beauty, an L-39 Albatross, and a helicopter exhibition featuring an AH-1 Cobra and UH-1 Huey.
Historic highlights include a WWI encampment with genuine military vehicles, uniformed personnel, an operational Vietnam landing zone and other displays. There will also be a youth activity zone, food and merchandise vendors, and a beer garden.
