The Fifth Annual Native American Heritage Art Exhibit hosts a special artist’s reception on Friday, April 19 at the Kenneth J. Minnaert Center for the Arts Gallery.

As a special treat at the reception, the Museum of Glass Mobile Hot Shop team will be on hand and will feature Native American glass blower Dan Friday, who will create glass art works live. The event will also feature Native American dancers, music, food and more. The reception is April 19 from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The exhibit, which began April 1 and runs through April 25 at South Puget Sound Community College, features a wide variety of works by local and regional Native American artists. These works include paintings, basketry, carved wood pieces and mixed media.
