Have you seen a group of wiggly, happy, jumpy kids and adults at local parks (LBA Park and Percival Landing) the past few weeks, dancing to loud music, and looking like they are having a great time? That is your local Zumba Zizzlers led by Rhoa Rafeh and friends. We will be out on the Capitol campus this Saturday August 18 from 11 AM – 12:30 PM for the last of our family zizzle. Come and join us. No experience necessary, just plenty of energy and desire to have active fun. Brought to you by Thurston County Healthy Child Weight Coalition, 75210.org, Family Education and Support Services, and local Zumba instructors.
Meet in the sunken garden area of the Capitol Campus (near the rotunda). From there we will migrate over to Tivoli Fountain. Wear comfy clothes and shoes, bring plenty of water and a picnic lunch if you want. Everyone is welcome, come and have some fun.
