OLYMPIA – Celebrate the return of chum salmon at the McLane Creek Nature Trail on Sunday, November 20 from noon to 2 p.m. at a special event hosted by Thurston County Stream Team and the State Department of Natural Resources. Hot cider and snacks will be provided.  Come dressed for the weather and wear sturdy boots or shoes.

Visitors to the McLane Creek Nature Trail will need to display a Discover Pass when they enter the site because the trail is a state-managed recreation site. For information about how to purchase a $10 per day pass or $30 annual pass, visit www.discoverpass.wa.gov.
