Writing as Healing, 8 week class, September 26 – November 14, 2019, 2-3:30 pm. Through guided prompts explore your inner world & allow a deeper voice to emerge. Opportunity to share your writing with reflection & insight. Research shows that writing what is meaningful to us impacts our health & well being positively. Creativity heals! Instructor Naomi Lombardi, MA Clinical Psychology, author, story teller and writing coach is teaching this class by donation, through Life Long Learning, Senior Services of South Sound.
