WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE CLASS
This is a practical and unique class that teaches threat assessment and emphasizes simple techniques to disable, and create space from, a larger, stronger, and/or more aggressive person. No complex movements, athleticism, or physical skill is required.
This class is taught by Robert Owens, a black belt with over 30 years of experience. He is army combative level 3 certified, and an expert in Women’s Self Defense, Occupational Self Defense, and First Responder Self Defense. As a committed father, and coach of professional female athletes, he has the background to understand and empower women’s personal safety goals — both on and off the mat.
