Thurston Conservation District was awarded a 3 year grant by the Washington State Soil Health Committee to provide direct soil health technical assistance and soil health testing to participating farmers in Thurston County. This presentation is an opportunity to learn more about soil health practices and hear from farmers in our area about how soil health impacts their operation and how certain practices have improved their operation. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in soil management or to learn more about what vegetable, fruit, and livestock producers in our area are doing to protect our natural resources.
