Thurston County Bicycle Community Challenge

The annual Bicycle Community Challenge has entered into its 39th year! This free event is open to Thurston County residents of all ages and abilities. Participation is simple and the benefits are endless! In addition to winning great prizes, you will boost your personal wellbeing, reduce your carbon footprint, and connect to your community.

To participate, create an account on bcc.intercitytransit.com or log in to your pre-existing account. Then, hop on your bike during the month of May, which is National Bicycle Month, and go for bike rides! Log your miles on the BCC website for any days biked. Miles biked can be for any purpose- commuting to work or school, running errands, exercising, or just for fun! In addition to going on your own rides, participants are invited to join us at a series of in-person events throughout the month.
