Refuge Retreat
Mon – Fri, March 11 – 15
We all look for protection and help from ordinary problems. But who do we turn to for help with problems along the spiritual path or in our day-to-day life? To find deep inner protection we take refuge in the 3 jewels of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Buddha is like the doctor, Dharma the medicine, and Sangha the skillful nurses. These 3 jewels are our essential refuge, and our best friends if we wish to make sincere spiritual progress.

Lamrim, or the stages of the path to enlightenment, is a very practical presentation of all the teachings given by Buddha. By engaging in this practice we systematically learn and deepen our understanding of all the essential meditations of the Buddhist path to enlightenment and increase our wisdom. We will learn how to develop a daily meditation practice that will have a great positive impact on our daily life.

Everyone is welcome to attend.
