Andy Barenberg, Ph.D., Associate Professor
of Economics at Saint Martin’s University, will
discuss how since President Trump’s second
inauguration, U.S. economic policy has
shifted toward reduced global integration
under “America First.” This talk examines
whether immigration and trade restrictions
improve wages, job mobility, growth, and the
national debt using economic theory and
evidence.
