Olympia High School’s “Curtains The Musical”

Curtains, Kander and Ebb’s final musical together, and a real love letter to classic Musical Theatre, picks up on that fateful opening night during the closing number when Jessica meets her untimely death. Before the cast packs their bags to leave the clearly doomed production, local Boston Police Lieutenant Frank Cioffi, an avid musical lover and amateur actor himself, is tasked with investigating the mysterious death of the show’s leading lady. The entire creative team, cast, and crew are suspects, and each apparently has the motive to do it. So, Cioffi sequesters the entire cast and crew inside the Colonial Theatre and begins piecing together a wild web of murder all while helping the creative team of Robbin’ Hood polish up their production and get it ready for new life! What follows is a journey of twists, turns, grand jetes, riverboat chases, and more deaths amongst the cast.
