The NTPS School Board will host its 3rd Community Conversation from 5:30-7 p.m., on Tuesday, April 23 at the District Office board room, 305 College St. NE, Lacey. The topic will focus on Career Connected Learning opportunities for our students. A panel of industry experts will kick off the program followed by discussion and questions. Speakers will include representatives from Lakeside Industry, SPSCC, Workforce Board, the military and JROTC and NTPS.

“No matter which educational pathway a student chooses, be it college, a trade, the military or a career, it takes persistence and hard work to become economically self-sufficient,” said Brad Hooper, Director of Career and Technical Education. “We are working to expand opportunities for our students to explore and prepare for high demand, high-wage jobs.”
