SAFETY & LIBERATION

Through activities and shared conversation, we will discuss what “safety + liberation” means for our communities, and how we can all have a part in creating neighborhoods and space that that are just, safe, and welcoming for all.
How much are tickets? FREE and dinner will be provided!
How do I RSVP? Please RSVP to Tatomya at twimbish@ywcaofolympia.org.
This event is one of many that will take place in communities across the country, during the National Night Out For Safety & Liberation (NOSL). NOSL, which focuses on a community-centered definition of safety, was created by the Ella Baker Center as a response to the traditional National Night Out, which centers its definition of safety around policing. To learn more, please visit nosl.us.
