Making Onigiri (Japanese Rice Balls)

Join instructor Chiyo Sanada to learn how to make onigiri (Japanese rice balls) and decorate them with nori (seaweed). You will also enjoy tasting miso soup. These foods are an important and historic part of Japanese cuisine. Students will be shown how to make onigiri, including hands-on practice, as well as tasting their delicious creation!
