Developing a healthy relationship with food is the cornerstone of ending the struggle around food and making healthy changes stick with you in a sustainable way.
What To Expect:
I will present the full workshop in approximately an hour or less and I will stay on the call for up to an hour after for a group discussion, to answer any questions you may have, and to support the group in setting intentions in how they can apply the ideas presented in their own life. You are welcome to stay on the call for the duration or to just absorb the information in the first hour.
