Empowerment 4 Girls One Day Camp for girls ages 9-16. Creating Sisterhood through Fun and Self Expression!
Saturday, November 20, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm pst, 2021
Empowerment Camp includes: Yoga, Meditation, Breathing Exercises, Positive Affirmations,Talking Circles, Sound Healing, Art and New Friendships.
In this workshop, we will make a deck of cards with “I AM” declarations. To remind us when we forget and when we begin a new day and when we practice self care… We’ll decide the words that belong to us, define us, inspire us, embody us. Using playful art to express our heart, remembering that we are perfectly and splendidly imperfect, and proclaiming boldly WHO WE ARE.
