Saturday, February 29, 2020 ~ 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
Body Awareness for Empowered Choices for Girls 9-16 years.
Intentional Sexuality Education:

•Create Self-Awareness
•Cultivate Self-Respect
•Enhance Social Skills
During this day camp, folx will learn about anatomy/physiology, changes that bodies go through during puberty, menstruation cycle, menstrual products for most comfort, proper terminology and an opportunity to learn more about their changing bodies. Girls will also leave with handouts, organic period care products from Seventh Generation and an original CMCB Zine full of resources!
Camp Includes: art projects, yoga poses, meditation, breathing exercises, wellness tips, body awareness techniques, self care tools, anatomy and physiology, sound healing, dance, health lectures, talking circles, theme based guest speakers, outdoor activities, Q & A, organic snacks/lunch, cultivating community & lots of fun!
