Burnout & Your Mental Health

Join licensed therapist Lexi Alberts to learn about the signs and symptoms of burnout and stress, and how to strategize for collective-care and self care solutions.

This workshop will draw on shared knowledge of how to best care for ourselves and others in the face of stress, and help you develop a personalized self-care plan along with strategies to actualize it.
