The Thurston Economic Development Council (EDC) has opened nominations for the 2026 Thurston EDC Business Awards, recognizing businesses and organizations making a meaningful impact across Thurston County.
The awards celebration will take place on June 24, 2026, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.at the Hangar 51 Event Center at the Olympia Airport, offering a fresh, summer-style gathering, in an open-air setting, focused on connection and community.
This year, we’re keeping things light— light on program, rich in connection. Expect a new kind of gathering—one that feels more like a celebration with friends. We will be creating a space that reflects the spirit of the businesses we’re celebrating— welcoming, thoughtful, and full of life. Come ready to connect, laugh, and raise a glass to the businesses that make this community special!
