Submitted by the City of Lacey
The City of Lacey (City) invites community members to share their thoughts on how the City manages stormwater by taking a short, online survey now through Monday, April 20. Public feedback will help guide priorities for future stormwater-related projects and improvements.
What is Stormwater?
Stormwater is rainwater that flows over hard surfaces such as roads, sidewalks, and parking lots and into storm drains, creeks, and lakes. As it travels, stormwater can collect pollutants — including oil, pet waste, trash, and yard debris — that may ultimately enter and impact local waterways.
How to Participate
Community input is an important part of protecting water quality and ensuring stormwater programs reflect local priorities. Community members can take a short, online survey, available now through April 20, by visiting here.
