Mason Health welcomed Natashia Edwards, Primary Care Manager at Mason Clinic, to the District in December 2025. Her passion for community-centered care and extensive background in clinic leadership make her a strong addition to Mason Health.
Edwards brings more than six years of clinic leadership experience and more than a decade of work in the dental and health care fields. Originally from Chicago, she grew up in an Army family and discovered early on that helping others was central to who she was.
“Ever since I was little, I’ve always liked helping people,” she shared. That passion guided her into the dental field, where she worked as a dental assistant, operational support specialist, and clinic manager at a dental office in Spokane.
From 2020 to 2025, she worked as an operations support specialist and then clinic manager for CHAS Health in Spokane, gaining valuable experience in workflow improvement and team support.
In 2020, Edwards completed her Bachelor’s in Health Care Administration, followed by a healthcare leadership certificate from Gonzaga University. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Health Care Administration, continuing her commitment to professional growth and service.
Edwards said she was drawn to the administrative path because of her desire to help remove barriers as leader and make a meaningful difference in patient care.
“I wanted to make a meaningful impact on patient care behind the scenes,” she said. “Administrative roles allow me to support both staff and patients in ways that improve the overall experience.”
As Primary Care Manager, Edwards is excited about enhancing the positive, collaborative environment at Mason Clinic.
“My favorite part of the job is supporting staff, improving clinic workflows, and creating an environment where both patients and my team feel supported,” she said. “I chose Mason Health because of its strong commitment to community care. I’m excited to be part of a team that truly prioritizes the health and well-being of its community.”
When she isn’t working, Edwards enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, creating art, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
