Due to significant growth and increase in fire behavior the Bear Gulch Fire closure area has been extended to include the following road and recreation sites:
Roads:
- Forest Road 2500 at mile post 8. The road is closed beyond Lena Creek Campground; the campground remains open.
Recreation Sites:
- Duckabush Trail starting at mile 5. Hikers must turn around at five-mile camp; the site remains accessible for dispersed camping.
- Jefferson Pass Trail
- Upper Lena Lake Trail
- Putvin Trailhead and Trail
- Hamma Hamma Beaver Pond
- Wynoochee Pass Trailhead and Trail
