We are so excited to be a part of Give Local again! Early giving began November 4th and the official Give Local fundraiser runs November 12 through November 22, 2024. The Estuarium is joining many other nonprofits in Thurston, Mason, and Lewis counties in a collaborative effort to raise awareness of the work we do and raise funds to continue to serve our communities. Give Local is an annual two-week giving campaign, hosted by the Community Foundation of South Puget Sound. Between November 11-22, you can become a part of this collaborative fundraising effort and support the causes close to your heart. This is the best time of year to donate to the Estuarium and share our mission with others!
Give Local is a unique fundraising opportunity because all participating organizations will receive an additional boost from the $100,000 Bonus Fund. This extra incentive means Give Local is a great time to give in support of our work. What’s more, the Community Foundation of South Puget Sound and their sponsors cover credit card fees, so 100% of every dollar we raise through the Give Local platform goes directly toward supporting the Estuarium and our programs. This year the Estuarium is fundraising this year to sustainably maintain our public and K-12 education programs as we continue to grow and expand our reach throughout the South Puget Sound. We are consistently working towards improving our programs and visitor experience and accessibility. With your support, we can continue to connect and protect our local estuaries and waterways together.

Important Campaign Dates
- Monday, November 11: Give Local 2024 begins!
- Wednesday, November 13: Giving Wednesday, donors who give on Wednesday will be entered into a drawing to win an additional $100 for the organization of their choice!
- Wednesday, November 20: Second Giving Wednesday, donors who give on Wednesday will be entered into a drawing to win an additional $100 for the organization of their choice!
- Friday, November 22: Give Local 2024 comes to an end!
