The Port of Olympia is hosting a ceremony on August 19 at 10 a.m. to pay tribute to environmental leader and treaty rights activist Billy Frank Jr. and present a new series of educational kiosks and interpretive signs that celebrate his achievements.
The ceremony is open to the public and all are welcome to attend. Community leaders, elected officials and special guests from the tribal community will also be joining us for this historic event.
