Emily’s work in hospitality and cuisine is no accident, it’s in her blood. Originally from Waldport, Oregon, Emily’s grandparents owned and operated Kozy Kove restaurant, bar and campground in Tidewater, Oregon. “That is where I took my first steps and fell in love with not only the art of cooking, but the relationships you make and the people you meet along the way,” Emily shares. “Growing up in an Italian family, I continued to keep my feet in the kitchen. I thank both of my late parents for their patience, direction, and love in the kitchen and in life!”

This passion for hospitality and making guests feel like family is what makes The Marie Bed & Breakfast stand out. Emily’s commitment to incredible food means she sources everything locally and can cater to all food sensitives, allergies, and diets. “Come experience the love for yourself and enjoy what people are saying is the best breakfast in town,” she encourages. “I promise you will leave with a smile on your face, love in your heart, and an unforgettable breakfast in your tummy!”

Look for her at the Artisan Market and head to The Marie Bed & Breakfast for an incredible night’s sleep paired with an unforgettable breakfast and hospitality that will make you feel as if you never left home – except someone else is doing all the cooking and cleaning! “I am excited to continue to share my passion with The Marie and help her radiate love through the heart of West Olympia,” says Emily.
