Aside from adding one more day of fun, this year marks the first time the Ocean Shores Razor Clam & Seafood Festival has partnered with the Port Angeles Dungeness Crab & Seafood Festival. In its 21st year, Crabfest organizers, cooks and crew know how to cook up some amazing crab and that’s just what they will be doing at the Razor Clam & Seafood Festival this year. Produced by the City of Ocean Shores and presented by the Quinault Beach Resort & Casino, you are not going to want to miss the delectable crab and clam delights they are cooking up just for attendees.

Admission is free, so the whole family can come and enjoy a day—or three!—at the beach with tons of entertainment, activities, vendors and of course, lots and lots of food. The Razor Clam & Seafood Festival is bringing back its famous tasting passport, that allows you to sample 10 different chowders for $10 created by some of the best seafood cooks around, and vote for your favorite for the People’s Choice award! Chowder awards will be given out on Saturday evening at 5 p.m. in Pacific Hall.

In addition to  the passport tasting tickets, you can also purchase tickets for the fresh whole Dungeness crab dinner in advance. This scrumptious dinner includes a fresh whole Dungeness crab, average two pounds, served either warm or cold with herbed new potatoes, cole slaw and butter. Buy your ticket in advanced to guarantee  your dinner and the price, currently $40, which may change based on market price during the festival. A sold-out crab eggs benedict breakfast is also happening on Sunday at 11 a.m.

But that’s not all the food they have in store for you! Come with an empty belly because you are going to want to fil up on all the fresh crab shooters, Bennett’s Fish Shack clam chowder, Alaska scallops, grilled razor clams, grilled fresh local oysters, steamed local clams, grilled wild salmon sandwiches, Caribbean seafood stew, seafood crepes and seafood chowder.

Like in past years, those who are not a fan of seafood will not have to go hungry, there will be plenty of other delicious bites including burgers, barbecue pork tacos, savory and sweet crepes, biscuits and gravy and pastries. And everyone will want to save room for the well-loved classic fair food, including elephant ears, cotton candy and deep-fried everything!

Once you’ve filled your hands with as much good food as you can carry—and don’t forget your drinks, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic will be available—head to the outdoor tent to enjoy your meal. On Friday and Saturday nights there will be live music inside the Convention Center, featuring Seattle’s Fiasco and The Working Class Heroes. The Working Class Heroes will perform both days from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Fiasco will be performing from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. both nights. On Sunday, be entertained by the DJ from KOSW 91.3 FM from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
