United Way of Thurston County Activates Emergency Assistance Fund for Those Impacted by Downtown Olympia Fire

United Way of Thurston County (UWTC) has activated its Emergency Assistance Fund to provide direct assistance to those impacted by the fire in downtown Olympia on December 15, 2021.

“United Way mobilizes the caring power of the community to fight for the health, education and financial stability of every person in Thurston County,” said Chris Wells, Executive Director of UWTC. “We will be coordinating and working in partnership with City of Olympia leadership to identify unmet needs and provide rapid financial assistance to meet those needs.”
