Dowell, who was recently promoted to Small Business Banker, previously held the position of Assistant Branch Manager in Tumwater, where his colleagues raved about his commitment to supporting their growth and development. The Tumwater team shared that it was through Dowell’s mentorship that they gained new customer relationship, product and service and branch operation skills. With these new areas of expertise, team members began to exceed their goals.

From thoroughly gathering critical customer information to help with loan paperwork to providing insight on business accounts, Aron puts both his colleagues and customers at ease with his calm and caring demeanor.
