After the year we’ve had, a little rejuvenation is exactly what we need. By definition, to rejuvenate is, “the act of making something new and fresh, or restoring it to a former better state.” As we face a new year with hope, remember to stay healthy so you’ll be ready and able to fully enjoy the warmer, drier, and—hopefully—safer days of 2021. And let Rejuvenate IV Hydration & Wellness Center in Olympia help.

Rejuvenate offers IV drips, carefully crafted injections, ketamine and oxygen therapies to boost overall wellness. There are drips for performance and recovery, immunity support, and to combat aging, headaches and weight loss. Specialty treatments are also available.

These specialty products are unique. “Infusions like NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) and Glutathione are infusions that are compounded by a certified pharmacy and provided to Rejuvenate for safe administration to our clients,” explains Stacy McIntyre, ARNP, owner. “These specialty infusions are specifically supportive of anti-aging, cognitive support and detoxification. Both are produced naturally by our bodies, but as we age, our production levels decrease quickly.”

NAD+ and Glutathione can be taken in conjunction with another drip or as a standalone. Staff are trained to carefully to work with a client to ensure safety. “We take everyone’s health history before providing infusions,” explains Stacy. “Most individuals are able to have infusions with no issues, but there are a couple medical conditions that will affect what you might be able to get.” And all infusions are performed by highly trained nurses with many years of experience.

Adding supplemental vitamins and minerals keeps the body strong by making up for deficiencies in our diet. When we get busy, are stressed or are unable to shop for fresh fruits and vegetables, a little nutrition boost may help keep us healthy.

“We have several options that support your immune system,” says Stacy. “We have our immunity drip, tri-immune boost injection, vitamin C infusion, zinc, vitamin D3 injections and glutathione to just name a few.” Immunity boosters often include B vitamins and C, zinc, and antioxidants. They are available any time and are easily scheduled.

Early Coronavirus research seemed to indicate that increased vitamin D intake reduced the severity of illness. But did you know that this vitamin—which we get primarily from sunlight, salmon and supplements—also helps your body fight disease, reduces depression, and boosts weight loss? Stacy explains via Instagram that some symptoms of vitamin D deficiency include tiredness, aches and pains, severe bone or muscle pain and frequent bone injury. She will gladly test your levels and discuss adding the injection to your visit. This month she is running a special on Vitamin D3 testing $60 as well as 10G of Vitamin C for $99!

While it may not seem like it now, from the soggy side of winter, but spring allergens are just around the corner. And with that in mind, the Rejuvenate team is always ready to conquer seasonal woes. “We do our best to keep our menu supportive of all issues year round,” explains Stacy. “We are always doing research on the latest ways to support our clients and we will add new products we feel will be most beneficial to them. We are consistently advancing our education to provide the best care and products to our clients.”

During COVID-19 restrictions, visits are by appointment only and can be scheduled through the Center’s website. From that portal you can select services, add-ons, or a consultation. Repeat customers can join the Wellness Drip Club for discounted monthly appointments and additional services.

The last year has been stressful. At the Mayo Clinic, doctors explain that: “The COVID-19 pandemic can feel overwhelming due to new information, long work hours, and caring for your family and yourself…It is normal to feel stressed or overwhelmed during uncertain times. Emotions in response to uncertainty may include anxiety, fear, anger and sadness. You also could feel helpless, discouraged and, occasionally, out of control. Physical responses may include headache, muscle tension, fatigue and sleeplessness.”
