Ocean’s Daughter Distillery (in response to the WSLCB approval) has created small format bottles of several of their hand-crafted spirits. These cocktails-to-go can be purchased with a complete meal from the Sea Glass Grill at Westport Winery Garden Resort along with soda, juice or lemonade.
The first six selections at $10 each include: Meermin elysian-style gin (less juniper, more floral), Wahinie Hi’u I’a pineapple passionfruit vodka, HMS Bounty apple cinnamon whiskey, Bluegill huckleberry vodka, Purple Reign lavender lemon gin, and Bowsprit maple chai whiskey. All of these selections are also available in full size bottles for $30.
The distillery handcrafts thirteen vodka, two gin, two rum, four whiskey, two tequila and a dozen liqueur. The complete list can be seen at the Ocean’s Daughter Distillery website. The distillery’s Splash Club members enjoy a 20 percent discount on all spirits and 10 percent off all gifts and plants.
Ocean’s Daughter Distillery is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for curbside pick-up or shipping. Their spirits are served exclusively at the adjacent Sea Glass Grill at Westport Winery Garden Resort via take out orders during phase 1. Guests are not allowed to dine inside or on the patio until phase 2 has been approved in Grays Harbor County.
A portion of the proceeds from Ocean’s Daughter spirits are donated to the construction of the first International Mermaid Museum to be built on the grounds of the resort. It will be dedicated to teaching ocean ecology from seashore to sea floor immersed in mermaid mythology.
