Local Students Serve as Legislative Pages

Scott Hermann, a student at Reeves Middle School, served as a page this week in the Washington State House of Representatives. Sponsored by State Rep. Javier Valdez (D-Seattle), Scott is the child of Jennifer and Russell Hermann of Olympia. Pages assume a wide variety of responsibilities, from presenting the flags to distributing amendments on the House floor.
