Travelers should prepare for potential daytime delays on northbound Interstate 5 in Lacey.
From 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, October 29-30, the left lane of northbound I-5 approaching milepost 109 will close.
The daytime lane closure will allow Washington State Department of Transportation maintenance crews will trim shrubbery away from the shoulder.
This type of work must be done during daylight hours for safety reasons.
