The Thurston Economic Development Council (EDC) is pleased to announce that Tawn Holstra Auston has assumed the position of Washington Center for Women in Business (WCWB) Rural Services Program Business Coach. Holstra Auston is a business manager, author, speaker, and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience acting as the principal of her own businesses while educating others to achieve their own success.

Holstra Auston is on the Advisory Board for the Thurston EDC Center for Business & Innovation’s WCWB and is a Business Coach for the Spaceworks Entrepreneurs program in Tacoma, WA. She also designed the highly regarded Life Skills Program for FareStart, an internationally acclaimed training program for homeless men and women in the Seattle area.

Passionate about maximizing human performance, Holstra Auston specializes in teaching mastery of internal dialogue, communication, developing trust, making tough choices and all aspects of producing breakthrough results. As the owner of three businesses, Holstra Auston is an inspiration for all current and would-be entrepreneurs.

The WCWB is a program of the Center for Business & Innovation (CB&I), whose mission is to empower entrepreneurs to succeed in business by providing coaching, training, and technical assistance on a wide variety of topics.
