My name is Sammie, I am a 5-year-old (birthday 02/10/2012), German Shepherd Mix, and weigh 60 pounds. Sammie is a volunteer favorite who likes to go for walks, car rides, play tug of war with his stuffed toys, and cuddles.
His favorite food is watermelon, and his favorite toy is his Angry Bird! Sammie has a long, soft coat, likes to be brushed, and have his chest rubbed. He is not fond of water (swimming), but does like luxurious baths. Sammie enjoys being outside, but prefers to be inside with you to bond. He does not like loud noises, lawn mowers, weed eaters, chain saws or fireworks. Sammie is looking for a home with someone who will give him lots of love and attention. He is a wonderful companion.
