The beauty of the Rob Rice Homes community of Campus Peak has attracted many homebuyers from outside our area and from across the country.

Many home lots in Campus Peak enjoy views of The Woodlands Course. Ranked by Golf Digest as one of the “Top 75 Most Affordable Golf Courses,” it was the first of the two distinct championship courses built at The Golf Club at Hawks Prairie.
The Woodlands’ sister course, The Links, is a Scottish-style links course that stretches out to the mouth of the Puget Sound, framed by beautiful views of Mt. Rainier and the Sound.
Nature Trails, State and City Parks

Also, close by is the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge a 3700-acre federal nature preserve on the shores of the Puget Sound and the Nisqually River Delta.
