The beauty of the Rob Rice Homes community of Campus Peak has attracted many homebuyers from outside our area and from across the country.

It is no wonder. These stunning Rob Rice Homes border a picturesque golf course in a majestic Northwest setting of rolling hills and towering evergreens. But that is not all that draws so many to this lovely community.

Within minutes to I-5 and Joint Base Lewis-McChord, many of our new homeowners are thrilled to be living in Campus Peak because of all its accessible community attractions.

We want to give those looking to relocate a list of the amenities that contribute to the unparalleled quality of life at this highly-desired Rob Rice community.

Many home lots in Campus Peak enjoy views of The Woodlands Course. Ranked by Golf Digest as one of the “Top 75 Most Affordable Golf Courses,” it was the first of the two distinct championship courses built at The Golf Club at Hawks Prairie.

The Woodlands’ sister course, The Links, is a Scottish-style links course that stretches out to the mouth of the Puget Sound, framed by beautiful views of Mt. Rainier and the Sound.

Nature Trails, State and City Parks

Our entire community at Campus Peak is laced with sidewalks over rolling topography for evening strolls or morning runs.

Campus Peak is nestled in to the Meridian Campus, a Master Planned Community in Lacey with lovely wide, tree-lined roads and plenty of room for bikers. Several of our home lots overlook a future 5-acre City of Lacey park.

Meridian Neighborhood Park  is just down the road and has 24 acres with a playground, picnic shelter and a basketball court. The community is within minutes of Tolmie State Park, a 105-acre park with 1,800 feet of saltwater shoreline on Puget Sound.

William Ives Trail is a nearby 1.5 mile walking and biking trail through a natural preserve with fairway views of the Hawks Prairie golf courses.

Also, close by is the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge a 3700-acre federal nature preserve on the shores of the Puget Sound and the Nisqually River Delta.

Campus Peak is just 10 minutes from the Lacey Regional Athletic Complex  that is considered one of the finest outdoor sporting venues in the state and a real attraction for families with sports enthusiasts.

Less than 2 miles away is the bustling business district of Hawks Prairie where homeowners have easy access to Costco, Home Depot, Walmart, workout centers, grocery stores, Starbucks, banks, popular restaurants and too many others to name.

More than 4 million shoppers from all over the region travel to Cabela’s in Lacey a destination-retail jewel, but for homeowners in Campus Peak, it is located just around the corner at the Gateway Town Center.

Medical

A new Providence Medical Clinicin Hawks Prairie is a great convenience for families living at the Meridian Also Providence St. Peter Hospital is considered one of the top regional hospitals in the country. (US News and World Report)

Hands On Children’s Museum in nearby Olympia is another unique area attraction that draws people from all over the region. The Museum stimulates creativity and learning through fun, interactive exhibits and programs for children, families and school groups.
