The public is invited to attend the final “Bridging the Gap” dedication for the last overpass for the Chehalis Western Recreational/Transportation Trail. The crossing over Pacific Avenue complements two earlier bridge projects on the trail over I-5 and over Martin Way. The festivities begin at 11:00 a.m. the morning of Saturday, December 13 at the trail at Music 6000. (3738 Pacific Ave. SE, 98501).
The ceremonies will include ribbon cutting & commemoration, celebratory walk across the bridge, 94.5 ROXY live radio broadcast, cake and cider.
Parking- attendees are encouraged to walk, bike and car pool to the event.
For those who drive, a reminder that parking at Music 6000 is for customers only.
Celebration attendees may park at the following locations:
· Chambers Lake Park, 14th Ave. SE (1/2 mile from Music 6000)
· South Sound Center
· South Side of Griffin Lane SE (1/2 mile from Music 6000)
