I count the summer weekends based on the school schedule. Even though we’re likely to have gorgeous weather after September 3, it doesn’t feel like summer anymore once the kids are back in school. - Celebrate reading by supporting Friday night’s fundraising event for the South Sound Reading Foundation.
- Catch an outdoor movie on Friday night at Tumwater Valley Golf Course. Find information here.

- Find a treasure at the Lacey Community Market on Saturday.
- Break dance at the free outdoor concert on Saturday night at Huntamer Park. It’s the final Lacey In Tune outdoor concert for the season.
- Listen to stories at Priest Point Park on Saturday night. Family stories are told at 7:00 pm and spooky stories begin at 8:00 pm.
