AICP-Certified planner Theresa Turpin has joined SCJ Alliance, a consulting firm specializing in engineering, design, transportation and planning. Turpin is a Senior Planner for SCJ.

She has developed innovative solutions to avoid impacts to sensitive resources, including wetlands and shorelines. She’s very talented.”
Turpin’s meticulous and collaborative approach is well suited for the coordination required by many projects with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies. These include the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for Section 404 and Section 10 permits, WA State Dept. of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) for Hydraulic Project Approvals, WA State Dept. of Ecology for Section 401 permits and SEPA and the WA Dept. of Natural Resources for various permitting.
A nationally-recognized, award-winning company, SCJ Alliance was found in 2006 as Shea Carr Jewell.
