On Saturday September 14th the Olympia Outdoor Public Spectacle (OOPS!) will be taking place from 2 pm to 9pm right on 5th Avenue in front of the Capitol Theater.  Seven diverse bands from the South Sound will be performing live throughout the day interspersed with various other entertainment including a local business raffle, a silent art auction inside the mezzanine of the Capital Theater, local vendors starting at 12 pm, and a Cakewalk, where the lovely girls of TUSH! Burlesque will display locally baked cakes specially made for the event.

 

 

 

 

Bands start at 2pm and include:

  • Teardropcity
  • Horace Pickett
  • The Fabulous Downey Brothers
  • Fruit Juice
  • Tangerine
  • Full Moon Radio
  • The Hard Way

Rock out in front or relax with a cold beer in full view of the stage from the outdoor beer garden.

OOPS! is free to attend thanks in part to Eastside Big Toms, Music 6000, Olympia Framemakers, Site Impressions, Color & White Printing, Coffee News, KAOS, Olympia Power & Light, and Elite Cleaning of Washington.  Proceeds from the event will benefit the Olympia Film Society and help keep this annual community celebration going.  See you there!
