Downtown for the Holidays is a day filled with fun and entertainment. Most activities are centered in and about Sylvester Park in downtown Olympia.

Noon – 2:30 pm – Free horse-drawn wagon rides with Mrs. Claus at Sylvester Park
Noon – 2:30 pm – Free electric trolly rides for the family – Washington Street and Legion Way
Noon – 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm – Visit and photos with Santa in the lobby of the Olympian Hotel by Cortney Kelley Photography
Noon – 5:00 pm – Gingerbread Holiday Competition located in the Urban Onion Ballroom
1:00 – 2:30 pm – First Christian Church Chime Choir – Olympia Hotel Lobby, second floor
3:00 pm – Holiday parade on Capitol Way from Olympia Farmers Market to Sylvester Park
4:00 pm – Olympia Highlanders Pipes & Drums – Sylvester Park & Legion Way
4:00 pm – Singing Christmas Tree performance by Capital Playhouse’s Kids in Koncert – Legion Way, next to Sylvester Park
4:30 pm – Tree Lighting Ceremony at Sylvester Park
