The best in high school girls swimming converged at the Evergreen State College Swimming pool yesterday for the third annual South Sound Relays.
Olympia, North Thurston, Tumwater, Capital and Black Hills High School welcomed in South Kitsap and Shelton High to the event. With a team score of 499.5, the Bears of Olympia edged defending champion North Thurston, who posted 461 total points.
Tumwater came in third, followed by Capital, South Kitsap, Shelton and Black Hills.
