The community is invited to join the City of Lacey Stream Team and the Woodland Trail Greenway Association (WTGA) for a planting party at Woodland Creek Community Park. Volunteers will be planting trees along Woodland Creek. Tools and gloves will be provided, as well as light refreshments.
The WTGA will also be hosting their annual meeting and barbeque from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. after the planting project. For more information about the association or to RSVP for the barbeque and meeting, visit www.woodlandtrail.org.
