Are you interested in adding a new dimension to your winter outings? Check out the Winter Twig Identification field course led by the Native Plant Salvage Foundation. Through this “walking workshop,” you will learn the secrets of identifying local deciduous trees and shrubs without their leaves.
The course takes place on a scenic West Olympia trail, where small groups of learners will be paired with local plant experts to learn the keys to identify our native plants species. Learning materials provided.
For event details and to reserve your space in the class, please email nativeplantsalvage@gmail.com.
