Feeling a little drained? Maybe a lot? Is it time to start focusing on filling your own cup?

Join us for an evening of focusing on how we can take better care of ourselves!

Many of us tend to be caretakers and do an excellent job of caretaking everyone else in our lives, but ourselves. Caring for others is a beautiful gift, but the truth is if we want to continue to be of service to others in our life, we need to first focus on keeping our own cup full.

My intention with this workshop is for you to walk away with a feeling of how important self-care is, a feeling of worthiness for it, specific actions you plan to take in taking better care of yourself, and support & accountability for following through with those actions!

I look so forward to seeing you!

Shelly

The cost for this workshop is $30

DIRECTIONS:

I have just moved into this office, and do not have signage outside yet, so to avoid confusion, below are some specific directions. If you have trouble finding it, you can always call or text: 360-970-3963

2631 12th Ct SW Suite C Olympia, , Washington 98502

Turn onto 12th Ct, and take your first Right into a parking lot.

I’m in the 2nd building on the right, in the 1st suite closest to you, on the lower level.

Until I get a sign outside – You will see signs for “bloom – skincare clinic’ As well as “Full Circle” which are the businesses upstairs. Next door to William Edward Salon. Come in the door up front and head down the stairs ahead of you to my office, or you can go around the back of the building, down a few stairs and directly in through the patio door. Wheelchair access to the back door is on the far side of the building.
