Regional Youth Dance Festival

 More than 900 youth ages 12-18 of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and friends of other faiths in the community, will perform at a regional dance festival entitled “Shine Bright, Share the Light” at Saint Martin’s Marcus Pavilion in Lacey.

The young people, who live in Thurston, Grays Harbor, Lewis and Pierce counties, will perform dance numbers ranging from the Swing and Viennese Waltz to the Samba, and even some spirited Hip Hop. Thirteen dance numbers in all will be performed — several involving the entire performing group.

Saturday, May 30

Matinee Performance – 3:00 p.m.

Evening Performance – 7:00 p.m.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a canned or boxed food item for the Thurston County Food Bank. Suggested food donations can be found here.
