This is the first middle school Battle of the Books competition for both districts and includes students in grades 6-8, which makes it possible for elementary 6th grade to join in the fun. Battle of the Books inspires reading and talking about books in different genres, learning to work as a team and demonstrate good sportsmanship towards fellow competitors.
