The Thurston County Veterans Council (TCVC) wants to announce that we will be hosting four events to honor The United States of America Armed Forces for 2017:
On Sunday, 28 May 2017, at 1:00 PM, we perform a Waterside Memorial Service at Percival Landing in Olympia to remember all Military Men and Women lost at sea.
On Monday, 29 May 2017 at 11:00 AM, we perform a Memorial Day Service in the Capitol Rotunda, to honor all Military personnel who sacrificed their lives serving our country. The event opens in the Capitol Rotunda with music at 10:30 a.m. and cannon fire at 11 a.m. The event closes with a rifle salute and taps.
On Wednesday, 14 June 2017, at 4:00 PM, we co-perform a Flag Day Event with Thurston County Realtors Association at the South Sound Center (Applebee’s Parking Lot) in Lacey to honor the United States of America Flag.
On Saturday, 11 November, 2017 at 11:00 AM, we perform the Veterans Day Ceremony in the Capitol Rotunda, to honor all Veterans who have served America.
