Baby Boomers and beyond in Thurston-Lewis-Mason Counties will participate in workshops addressing topics of Enhancing Your Quality of Life, Nutrition that Makes Sense, and Taking Care of You and Your Body.
Over 30 vendors will be available to answer your question throughout the day with information regarding aging well in our community. Also, a continental breakfast and lunch will also be available, free to participants.
