Do you want to know more about how your nervous system works? Would you like to have ideas about how to help it work better? Have you experienced trauma or accumulated stress that is causing you difficulty?

Somatic Experiencing is a therapy approach based in biology. It was developed by psychologist and scientist, Peter Levine (author of Waking the Tiger and In an Unspoken Voice), who studied animals to learn how to help humans recover from trauma.
