Italians eat well at any time, and certainly Easter is no exception! Join Christine as she shares a colorful Easter menu that’s sure to please your guests. She’ll start with a Fresh Fava Bean Spread with Nettle Pesto on Crostini and Italian Wedding Soup, filled with greens, pastina and tiny meatballs. Spinach, Robiola Cheese and Pear Salad precedes the delightful main dish, Sweet Pepper and Lamb Ragu with Rosemary and Saffron Polenta. Fiadone, a classic savory-sweet tart with hints of nutmeg is a fitting finale for a special occasion. Complementary wine pairing. $45
